Leadership

Leadership is our topic for today. The quote is:
To be a leader, you must be ready to make split decisions, not only which affect you but that affect others as well. You have to be strong willed and strong minded. That means you can’t be rude to people, or act like you’re a know-it-all. You must be kind but not weak, that means do things for others and be helpful but do not let them walk all over you, and do not let the other people feel as they can use you for anything. As a leader you must be thoughtful but not lazy, that means you must think about those around you and not just yourself. Also you must be humble, meaning you take pride in your work and not be afraid to do so.
Another and yet major trait in being a leader, is to be proud of being a leader. Do not become arrogant, and feel like you have to be the leader in everything, know when the moment calls for you to step up and take the leader role. As a leader, you must know when to let others learn and do things on their own, but you must also know when to intervene and take charge. Lastly, you must be humorous yet not foolish. As a leader you may joke around with everyone, but you cannot just do it to the point where no one takes you serious. You must know when to joke around and be funny and when to be serious.
